What gets deleted
When we verify your request, we typically delete or anonymize:
- Account profile details (name, email, phone, preferences)
- Reservation and order history tied to your identity
- Saved addresses and notification tokens
- Support conversations linked to your account
We may retain limited records when required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
After we verify your identity, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive confirmation by email when processing is complete, or if we need more information.
