These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and PaperBox. If you do not agree, do not use the app, website, or related services.

PaperBox helps users discover and reserve surplus food offers from participating vendors at discounted prices. Vendors remain responsible for food quality, preparation, labeling, and fulfillment at pickup.

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or vendors

• Offers are limited, time-sensitive, and may change or sell out
• A reservation is confirmed only after PaperBox shows a successful booking status
• You should arrive during the stated pickup window with your confirmation details
• Missed pickups may not be refundable, except where required by law or stated in-app

Prices are shown in-app and may include applicable fees or taxes. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account review.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform, scrape data, or interfere with services
• Create fake accounts or manipulate offers and ratings
• Harass vendors, staff, or other users
• Use PaperBox for unlawful or unsafe purposes

Surplus food is still intended to be high quality, but availability, contents, and allergen information are controlled by vendors. Always review product details and ask vendors about allergens if needed. PaperBox is not a restaurant or food manufacturer.

PaperBox branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission, except as allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaperBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to PaperBox for the transaction giving rise to the claim (if any).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
